Full-Scale Passenger Door System Solutions

Amantronic has developed the expertise on train passenger door system, providing refurbishment and overhaul services up to Level 4. The most recent project is for the Six-Car-Set Class 92 KTMB Commuter trainsets. This ambitious project reflects our expertise in handling intricate railway systems and showcases our dedication to ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of railway operations.

Autonomous Wheel Lubrication System

The Wheel-Track Lubrication system is engineered to operate independently and autonomously with no intervention, automatically detecting designated points for lubricant dispersion using GPS and onboard sensors. End-users will also have the option of managing the system to suit the train fleet daily operating requirement and also manage the consumption of the lubricants remotely with a dedicated operating panel.

Fleet Management & Condition Based Monitoring

VIADOM Fleet Maintenance System is an integrated platform developed by Amantronic to enhance real-time monitoring and maintenance of Rolling Stock systems. It combines on-board and track-side sensors to deliver predictive analytics, enabling informed decision-making for improved reliability, availability, and safety. The system is fully customizable to meet specific operational and maintenance needs across different train lines

Bench Test Equipment and Test Rigs

The critical phase for all repair & refurbishment works for train sub-systems prior to commissioning is the pre-test and post rectification test. Amantronic has developed the expertise and capabilities over the years with various OEMs from the train industry to build customized Test Rig solutions to meet the operator’s needs without compromising safety and quality standards.

This ambitious project reflects our expertise in handling intricate railway systems and showcases our dedication to ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of railway operations.

ELECTRONIC CARDS TROUBLESHOOTING & RECTIFICATION

Electronic component failures and rectification are part of the daily maintenance requirement for all operating lines as train systems are heavily dependent on electronic integrity and reliability. Amantronic has established a proven track record over the years to provide operators and train builders with electronic cards and component refurbishment services. Our services ensure spare unit availability and reduce the need to purchase brand new units, ultimately providing a cost-efficient solution to Entities In- Charge of maintenance.

BENCH TEST EQUIPMENT (BTE) OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

The critical phase for all repair & refurbishment works for train sub-systems prior to commissioning is the pre-test and post rectification test. Critical failures and expensive damages will be the result of a poor testing process before and after any rectification works are performed to any given train sub-system. Amantronic has developed the expertise and capabilities over the years with various OEMs from the train industry to installed, maintain and operate Electronic and Electrical Bench Test Equipment to ensure that all refurbished units and components are truly ready for commissioning, without compromising safety and integrity.

Wheel-Track Friction Management System

Amantronic is a pioneer in Wheel-Track Friction Management system for Rolling Stock. Optimal coefficient of friction for wheel-track interface is crucial for all operating lines to ensure the trains achieve efficiency during operation and for maintenance. Our team is ready to design a customized system according to the operating and maintenance framework for all train systems and end-user preference. Available for both on-board and track-side application, top of rail or wheel-flange, our priority is to ensure sustainability and cost efficiency in wheel-track friction management.

Innovation & the capacity for system design has passed the introduction phase in Malaysia as we gear rapidly towards the growth phase with local companies competing with global brands in service the industry in the region. We have successfully designed, produced and delivered the Rail Lubrication System, an autonomous on-board friction management system for LRT Kelana Jaya line which was the first rolling stock sub-system fully designed and developed locally.
